3. Agreement and contract signing
Once we’re aligned, and within a suitable timeframe before your trip, we sign the service agreement and proceed with payment.
4. We find your perfect property
We search for the ideal property for you, based on your profile and needs. We can visit and record videos of properties so you can see in detail what you’re about to rent or buy.
5. Paperwork and basic utilities
We handle your NIF (additional service), review and translate the necessary documentation to build trust with landlords, review the legal documentation of the chosen apartment, analyze the lease agreement before signing, and request and set up basic utilities (water, electricity, and gas) before you arrive.
6. Key handover
You receive the keys to your new home in Portugal, ready to move in.
